Thankyou,Im glad that you view my blog in that way.Its hard to say what ive learned up to now because although this blog is for analysing my emotions and thoughts, I haven’t really gave much time to think about IADT as a separate entity.I do know however that I do not make any conscious decisions to change anything about my lifestyle to fit around IADT,as it really is more of an output of my life instead of being it.
